Whenever we need facts, we "google" them or when we lost, we check Google Maps for direction. Google has become a household name either from smartphones to intelligent assistants. It makes great things. Why are you still using Yahoo! Mail?

To some, because they are have been using it for long. It is time to switch to something better "Gmail". Gmail is the most powerful free email client around the world with so many advantages over Yahoo! Mail and other Mail provider.

Yahoo! Mail became infamous due to 2013 hack resulted in the theft of more than 3 billion user accounts (the largest hack ever). Yahoo! apologized eventually and has since increased its security.

You are allow to write, do your accounts, organize your social life, store memories all from within the Gmail app.

On the other hand, Yahoo! Mail gives you ....news? (At least it supports Google Drive)

As at 2011, Google has an enormous international server network of about 900,000. The number will have increased from 900,000 in 2011 to above a million.

All that bandwidth and power means your emails are sent lightning fast. When you need your email to arrive quickly, Gmail wins hands down.

When sent an email from  Yahoo! Mail to Gmail. Google didn't receive the email until about five minutes latter but when email is been sent From Gmail to Yahoo! Mail. It was received in Yahoo box instantly (few seconds interval). 

Therefore, Gmail has stronger spam algorithms

Yahoo! Mail's advertising is quite intrusive. Gmail is fairly subtle. In fact, ads appear as emails under your "Promotions" tab, clearly labelled as such, and they will only appear in their full form when you click on them. Decent and less distracting.

5. Gmail has more powerful spam filters

Spam is most infuriating aspect of the internet.No matter how many times you delete it, more keeps coming. All email client actually filter spam to a degree, but Gmail filter is the strongest and most effective.

Gmail uses a combination of user feedback and a machine learning algorithm to successfully delete what you don't want. Google's spam catching powers are awesome.
